Not joking one bit. I started listening to Kendrick in 05 and GKMC is one of his lower end projects. GKMC is great, but Kendrick can do better.

@Koolo, please don't listen to this guy, he's either drunk or stupid. GKMC has a few flaws but it is still the best Kendrick's project.

Eh, I don't know man... GKMC and S80 are too d--- close, I think GKMC is a tad better. OD is really dope though, but not as good as these 2. C4 was pretty decent as well. If I ranked his projects now, it'll probably look like this:

    GKMC
    S80
    Kendrick Lamar EP
    OD
    C4

They are all worth listening to though, and there was a time when he dropped guest verse after guest verse, not to mention his own songs that didn't end up in any project and he had new songs every month or so... They were all fire.

from a pure objective standpoint I'd say it goes like this:

    gkmc: 9.5/10
    section 80: 8/10

you can enjoy s80, c4 or od more but objectively speaking gkmc is way better than all of them.

and I'm not saying that because of the acclaim, I'm really saying that because when you take everything into account (the composition, the cohesiveness, the storytelling, the lyrics, the production, the mixing, the structure, the diversity...), its clear to me that gkmc is head and shoulders a better album than s80.

If someone was to tell me "I like s80 more", I'd be ok with that, but if that n----- told me "s80 is better" I'd be like "WTF?"

with that being said, to me GKMC >>>>>>>>>>> s80 > OD > EP
