    Take downtime recluse yourself but don't ignore others, go back listen to old music go Through old pictures watch old movies play your old video games relax don't try something new at first don't just jump into the idea OH i need something interesting like joining a gym or a new hobby do that after your sure you can move on be yourself for a while then come back to reality, im not sure how old you are and im just 14 but its what ive decided to do and so far...ehhh can't say its helping but its definitely fun and keeping me occupied
