Aug 4, 2015 This song is so MMLP that I honestly want to believe Eminem made it in 2000 as something he would use if he were ever to leave for a long period of time. The lyrics, flow, and overall style of the song are much different from the other serial killer Relapse era songs. No accent, crazy metaphors and lyrics, and that intro are all VERY reminisicent of early (SSLP and MMLP, mainly MMLP) Eminem. Personally, I think he should have started the album with track instead of 3 AM. What do you think, do you think it's the best serial killer Relapse Era song and has the most classic feel?
Aug 4, 2015 Song isn't good at all. Best overall Relapse era type serial killer song is Music Box and then Stay Wide Awake or 3 AM or Same Song and Dance. Just my opinion though.
Aug 4, 2015 Couldn't disagree more, it's easily the worst Relapse serial killer song. It has some of the lyrics he has ever written
Aug 4, 2015 Underground is a good song. The correct answers to some of the best serial killer Relapse era material is actually...Music Box, Stay Wide Awake, Same Song & Dance, and maybe 3 AM.
Aug 4, 2015 I chose "No, but has the most classic feel". Lyrically, songs like 3AM were better, but in terms of classic feel, it just beats them all.
Aug 4, 2015 Okay, then I'll change it from "serial killer" to "horrorcore" because it technically is a horrorcore song.
Aug 4, 2015 Lyrically I can agree, but how about in a nostalgia sense? Don't you think Underground would fit right in on SSLP or MMLP if the beat was changed a bit and maybe a few lyrics?
Aug 5, 2015 tru but also has some of the best only bad verse was the third, other two were classic em
Aug 5, 2015 while that part s----d, the whole "nodding in and out of the ottoman" part was decent than the song went to s--- real fast
Aug 5, 2015 'and throw a f---ing lesbian in wet cement, faggoty, faggoty, faggoty' Is far from classic em. Some of the worst lyrics he has every written.
