Jan 10, 2023 Gracie Abrams has quickly become one of my favorite artists. I can’t wait for this. She’s so underrated. Somehow I knew her album was coming soon. +tour
Jan 10, 2023 When the single comes out I’ll probably do a lil write up since most of you probably aren’t familiar
Jan 11, 2023 Actually surprised another person on this site knows her music. She is a talented songwriter, and I listen to her new Song difficult a lot the past 2 months
Jan 11, 2023 Agree 100%, very talented songwriter especially on songs like Camden and Augusta on her previous project. Same, I love Difficult and love how she pronounces the word in the song, very catchy. I’m not surprised most of this forum doesn’t listen to her, this isn’t the type of music most of the forum will like but I think it’s great. One of my favorite recent artists
Jan 12, 2023 Gracie Abrams could be called an offspring of Taylor Swift. She has a nice voice and often makes catchy, storytelling songs over guitars, pianos, or synths. The difference is she is Gen Z, there is a lot more emphasis on mental health, therapy, and how these things can come into play in relationships from a woman’s perspective. Gracie does particularly well at diving into depression, numbness, and depersonalization: From her song “Augusta” “Tough, I don't know a lot that could hurt me Learned the hard way to forget my body 'Til you're walking around like a zombie Still don't know how to talk through that story” Can’t wait for the single and video tonight
Feb 10, 2023 It’s okay. It’s a nice sounding song but not one I’d back to often or outside of listening to the album. Definitely the weakest single so far. Difficult was the best single, Where do we go now? takes second place.
