How far can Desiigner go?

    he already got a #1 single
    Panda bigger than any rap song this year(Drake don't count cos singles ain't rap) He's popping right now.

    He obviously has the same style as future but he can actually bar(freestyles and that verse in panda). He has good music behind him and everyone on Good music is popping and is mainstream relevant. Mike dean producing his first album and he's bound to sell off the Panda hype alone..

    Can he actually be more than a one hit wonder? Like Panda still top 5 in Billboard this the biggest one hit rap wonder oat.

    Ik more people irl who know who Desiigner is and they dunno Future songs minus Jumpman cos drake :hard:

    The novelty of "lol dude sounds just like Future!" won't take him very far if he keeps running with this gimmick, he needs to get his own style if he wants people to care about him in six months

    But if he continues to make catchier songs like Panda the general music audience won't care if he sounds like Future at all. I know people who legit prefer panda over any future song

    For f---s sake man, I'm tired of hearing this. It ain't a gimmick, this is how the dude sounds, this is his style. This is how he talks, this is how he raps, get over it. If you enjoy it, enjoy it, if not, stop complaining.

    Desiigner doing rap proud. Got the first solo rap song in a long long long long not afraid black & yellow long long time.


    I don't even like his other songs lol that style sucks

    Nah this isn't an Action Bronson/Ghostface situation where they just happen to have similar voices, Desiigner's music is a blatant carbon copy of Future's. It's one thing to sound like him, it's entirely different to rap exactly like him too

    This is not his style lol. He first ripped off Travis Scott but wasn't popping enough so he became a future clone

    Everyone outside the internet would be more familiar with Desiigner than Future at the moment.

    Doesn't mean s--- though, he needs a strong fanbase of heavy listeners because Panda will die off. Can't wait for him to be popping on Cruel Winter. :emoji_sunglasses:

    Probably will be just a one-hit wonder. He should switch his style, Future is getting bigger and he is biting Future way too hard.
