Oct 18, 2017 The two you mentioned are dope as s---. His Infinite puns are actually great. He was better than than he was in 2010, 11, 12... Probably up until some of MMLP2 and post s---, but can still come out with some rough stuff. But them Infinite puns... "I'll run your brain around the block to jog your f---ing memory" "I stop the alphabet at s and got it down to a T" "I shout with a slang simple as ABCs, skip over the D's and rock the microphone with ease" -- From actual battles though... "I'm bout to make this mic short circuit This beat is wack as f---... this s--- fits you perfect" Was very dope. -- Have noticed that with all of Em's various styles... it affects his writing quality too. I don't actually believe it's an ability thing or his lifestyle or anything, but depending on the style - changes how he phrases things and that affects the type of line that he writes which can be amazing or wack. Like for example with this new style, the Campaign Speech s---, some of the stuff is coming off weak because he's writing all backwards and inside out because he's trying to sound like this weird literal smart-a--- and it results in these kinda Canibus type worded lines. Whereas the 97-99 SSLP era style... due to the type of delivery and vibe he came with, it led to a more a casual and blunt type of writing, leading to just fire coming out of his chops.
