Eminem Would you have rather had Relapse 2 released than Recovery?

From the leaked material from Relapse 2 along with how Relapse, Refill, and Recovery sounded, which would you have preferred. I'd probably have to say Relapse 2 because some of the leaked songs and snippets sounded dope.

Absolutely not. Recovery is by far the best thing he's done since his comeback. 4th best album of his career. Compare that to how Relapse and Refill sounded? Not even close. I'd love to hear Relapse 2 now though.

It would've been good if he released Recovery first in 2009 and Relapse in 2010 as a double album.

Best case scenario would've been if he released Refill in Fall 09 (it's basically just a deluxe re-issue of Relapse) then Relapse 2 in Winter 09-10. Then Recovery in Summer 2010. But I understand why he didn't do that. He hated his Relapse material so much by the end of 09 that he didn't wanna release and have to promote more of it.

Not too sure I'm sure there's good to great story telling and vintage Eminem songs from the relapse era and I'm sure there's great emotional songs from the Recovery era. Anyone who says they wouldn't want to hear any unreleased Eminem material no matter how good or bad yet still visits this section daily is an idiot.

YES !!! Cuz we would have got recovery any ways. Every thing would be just a little delayed but he could have still released r2. Then gone onto his new flows and rap styles. I feel like there's some gems we missed, least we got refill. I remember em saying that relapse refill was all the best songs from relapse 2 :em55:

I think em released refill knowing he was scaping r2. But that would have been dope. Hopefully we will hear them some day.

Yes. I would rather have Relapse 2 than Recovery. Obviously I say that in hope that R2 would have been better than the first, but even if it wasn't I'd still likely prefer it to Recovery.

I would like to hear songs from Relapse 2 sessions. Even if Relapse 2 was released he still would change direction in his music.

I just hate production on Recovery and can't get over it. Recovery with better beats would be appreciated.
