Dec 30, 2017 Revival is one of the strongest political albums I've heard. It's no It takes a million but it's up there. So articulate yet sonically pleasing Eminem was. I think Like Home is SOTY because it was so radio friendly yet it had a powerful message of Trump's racism. Em definitely has a 6+ incher, calling him an Aryan was f---ing crazy! I hope Em's next project is like Revival

Dec 30, 2017 Main observation of the title aside for a moment... Revival is not a political album. Two songs out of 17 does not make it a political album. Em's entire marketing imagery, cover, all that s--- was exploitative bs. Just another cheap lie to try and sell, exploiting the times; like half of the s-----y music on the album. It would be more appropriate to call this a love album. Or a 'me and my career' album, as there's significantly more content about both. Imagine a movie poster being thriller-esque, dark, serious and the movie being marketed and touted as a murder-mystery thriller. When it's a romantic comedy, with like two scenes which discuss or involve a murder in some context, lol. What a lie that would be, and how pissed off would you be once getting in the theater. They presented this album like it was an anti-establishment punk album, right from the Sex Pistols-esque style of tracklisting and wording style, to the fact Em is shirtless, making gun postures and facepalming all surround American flag iconography. TWO songs, out of SEVENTEEN?, Lol. What a bunch of crooks. You sold out your integrity Em. Hope you're happier now that Paul n Co are a bit richer off you. Hope it was worth it pal. Yes, it was another misstep.

Why u think the album sold so badly in USA?Yet everywhere else in the world it had better or same first week sales than MMLP2? Revival sold 600k less first week than what MMLP2 did which is unthinkable. Yet u don't think it had anything to do with him dissing Trump?LOL He had 8 pop features on this album yet only did 250k first week? Had 2 on MMLP2 and that did 800k? Also River is a smash hit all over the world apart from USA!
