Nov 14, 2015 My 1st Single was the most unlistenable s--- Em had ever dropped to that date. But I remember I enjoyed the rest. Later, I realized he wasted Big Weenie beat with some unnecessary lyrics. Rain Man was nowhere near as his classic songs on first 3 albums. Just Lose It was fine as single. a--- Like That was lame now I don't ever listen but I hear people listenin' to it often and I don't cringe tho. If people can love it why not. Now I see Encore as missed oppoturnity as the 4th classic. It'd have been one easily.
Nov 14, 2015 Well it was his third album i listened to and the first time i thought...It was GOAT Because the first vibe was me being drawn to yellow brick road and never enough and evil deeds but it obviously deteriorates after those songs and upon first listen i couldn't see it the first time i would have thought puke was 10/10 and same with most songs the only other things that still sit right besides the first three are like toy soldiers and crazy in love...the bonus disc i dont count as encore i consider it to good

I remember a local Lansing radio station playing the album in full the day before it came out, I recorded it on a cassette tape

Nov 14, 2015 was a drop in quality compared to TES. Even tho my englisch wasnt that good back then (i was 10), u could hear it. It just felt sluggish. btw "Encore", as its name implies, was just an Encore to the Show (TES) to satisfy the viewer (Fans). And without the internet leaks in 03 the standard album would be so much better. I guess EM was so pissed ( and high ) that he decided to troll his fans as revenge
