Do you guys wanna go down to three chapters a week or give a bye week for catch up? Seems like a lotta people are behind. I'm good with whatever if it increases participation!

That's a good question I'm good with whatever anyone else wants to do

The only reason I'm behind is because I usually read it super late at night but I've been sleeping early so I gotta change my reading times lol

Im in need of a a bye week but don’t want to slow anyone else down. Just been flooded with work and traveling can’t seem to get a minute to catch up. So whatever works for the others is good for me

95 is a real problem. Dear Mama is one of my favorite Hip Hop songs of all time (I have a soft spot for songs about mamas: Hey Mama by Kanye, Dear Mama, Dance by Nas and Mama by Kodak Black are all top tier). But Shook Ones Pt. II man... that's just not fair.

Oh yeah and Tha Crossroads got sampled in one of my all time fav Lil B songs with production from Metro Boomin:

Juicy was really good I liked what the song was about and biggie sounded good on it my only complaint is that it's maybe a little too poppy for good voice but it's not like we've haven't heard poppy songs on album before

And with thuggish ruggish bone I think it sounds pretty good and I like the way they sound but this one was also a little corny with the singing at the end especially lol but I still think the song is [IMG]

"Dear mama" is a great song even if it doesn't speak to me specifically and I'm also indifferent to the way the song sounds but it's way too important to not recognize the importance of it's existence

"Shook ones part 2" I sorta prefer as a song on first listen compared to "dear mama" but there's not much to say about it as a whole

Also I just want to add that story about Afeni not being able to have children before Tupac is f---ing crazy to me it's incredible

also I might be an idiot but I knew of prodigy and mobb deep separately I didn't even know he was part of the group lmao

I think everyone has at least heard the hook to "California Love" it's a classic song and I really liked the way Tupac sounded on it

"Tha Crossroads" has a couple lines that sound odd with the context that it's about eazy-e but i I really enjoy the way it sounds for the most part

I don't like "Can't nobody hold me down" that much imo like I think mase did really well and puff did what he had to do (minus the a------ line) but having the same beat and a slightly altering the hook to "The Message" just felt odd to me it just might be me though

And with "The Rain" I was pretty indifferent to the song as a whole I'm not very fond of the beat and missy was way more laid back than I was expecting I also like the hook and I think the video is super f---ing strange but in a good way

    I'VE FINALLY f---ing CAUGHT UP
