I don't expect either fight to be close. DJ is DJ and Cejudo hasn't looked good yet. Maynard-Hall and Ellenberger-Masvidal could be fun.

Pretty crazy that the best P4P fighter in MMA is fighting on Saturday and we still don't know his opponent. Either way I think DJ wins easily, because he's DJ

Kinda weird how Brandon Moreno was the 16 seed, took a late replacement fight against Smolka, won and is now ranked 12th in the world.

Was a lot of talent on the show, hopefully they are included in future cards. FLW needs a shake up because DJ has beaten nearly everybody.

Well it's now official, Johnson will be facing Tim Elliot on Saturday. h--- of a final fight.

I had read that that was the result at the beginning of the season but didn't put too much stock in to it after I was told Josh Samman (RIP :emoji_slight_frown:) was making it to the finals a few years ago and that didn't come to fruition.

I don't see Elliot presenting any real problems for DJ

Gonna watch this, hope Moreno wins since I saw him pull off the upset live at UFC Portland.

Interested to see Cejudo and Benavidez. DJ is crazy and tough to doubt as a winner. It'd be crazy if Tim could do it but most likely will not.

That was a UFC 1-10 type of incident. Feel bad for Ellenberger.

    9-9 Cejudo + bs Deduction
    10-9 Cejudo
    10-9 Benavidez

Awful scorecards. Should've been a draw. I think Cejduo looked better than ever. Still a dork though.

    10-9 Elliot
    10-9 Mouse
    10-9 Elliot
    10-9 Mouse
    10-10 Even

Thought it was a draw as well. Mouse won from out wrestling and I'm not a fan of position if it doesn't facilitate damage. Think more highly of both guys. Elliot's size was a huge factor, but he was also unorthodox as h--- and always in it mentally. Mouse had to nullify that with ground control sub attempts when he wasn't strong enough to posture for strikes.

Was kind of hoping Cejudo would knock Joe B out. That groin deduction was a bit too harsh imo. Sucks for him. Sucks for Ellenberger as well, I mean he prob was going to lose. He's been freeing lots in fights and almost isn't confident in his skills unlike before when he was KOing guys and becoming an up and comer challenger.

Tim did great against DJ, his stand up is so awkward it's awesome.

I was impressed by all of the fights to be honest. The light Heavyweight fight was a war to.

Judges have pretty much free reign and don't answer to anybody. I don't know how better to describe a round spent in lay and pray with the guy on bottom in lockdown.

I kinda feel bad for Masvidal, hes probably gonna get that win taken from him. Hopefully the matchmakers and the bums who make the rankings treat it like a win for him. He deserves a ranked opponent next.

10 point must system does not allow for a 10-10 round though. They don't have free reign to do 10-10.

Whatever a judge writes down is final. There is no one in place to enforce those rules.
