I’m not super familiar with those states as I’m all the way on the west coast. But it seems you’ve got a good roster for the east coast. Lots of fun! Detroit and Boston are also fun cities to visit

NYC is pretty big so I don't know if you'll have time to go to every place and tell them you like it. But what are you looking to do?

    go flick the bean
f--- or eat a deep dish pizza
get a couple slices of pizza at bonci
order a hot dog with ketchup
    do the river walk
do the river architecture boat tour
go to street festivals (they're everywhere every weekend during the summer months)

I've been watching The Bear and all I want is a Chicago Italian beef sandwich now. And don't ever tell anyone to put ketchup on a hot dog... blasphemy

Lol flick the bean, that's definitely worthy whilst stopping over in Chicago. How many times have you flicked the bean whilst in Chicago my man?

I was thinking about Boston but maybe another time!
Would love to go to a baseball game, maybe a stadium tour of MSG, go to the NBA store, tour Statue of Liberty, visit Central Park, maaaaaaaaaaybe go to a concert when in NY, and see what food to eat like a slice of pizza, chopped cheese etc etc

Anything in particular you would recommend?
Absent-minded my bad, used it synonymously without realising I've committed a cardinal sin! :laff:

Yeah I'll be going to those cities/locations.
Definitely down for a deep dish pizza!

I'll look into the street festivals and tours. Thanks for the heads up :mjok:

Statue of Liberty is in NJ...NYC tries to take everything we have :hipster:

Baseball I'm a big yankee fan and go to a lot of games. You can check out a game there in the Bronx or a Mets game in Queens. They both kinda s--- right now but Yankees are much better,. Mets have a better stadium tho. Food really depends on where you're staying. guessing you'll be in Manhattan? In Manhattan for pizza I'd say Scarrs or Johns on bleeker. If you like sicilian slices (square slices) and pepperoni, Princes pizza is really good. Honestly it will be hard to find a bad slice unless you're stopping at pizza hut or sbarros

If you go to Brooklyn the most well known place is Difaras and Lucalis.

Chopped cheese you can get at any bodega

also don't trust anyone who doesn't eat a hot dog with mustard

I’d probably buy some decent body armor in case you get caught in cross fire. Borrow a fire arm with a few extra magazines from a relative just in case you need it for self defense. The majority of the USA you have to watch your back, because police are useless, corrupt. Very similar to Mexican cartel owned police.

Philly sucks imo, unless you want to go there to check out historic places really. New York probably had the best stores and shops I’ve been to. You can get legal vape liquid in nyc still that gets you stoned. Not sure what’s in it though, not talking the deltas.

Lol this is extremely debatable. Especially when in last place, in their division. Getting blown out 6-0 by the angels currently.

    @Ordinary Joel what's your itinerary/route you'll be taking?

Philly: Mutter Museum, Reading Terminal Market, Italian Market. Obviously get a cheese steak. The liberty bell is free and takes like 30 min if you feel like it but it's nothing special. It's a cool city to just wander and explore.

NYC: Sounds like you've got it covered but one of the best things about NY is you'll find great food pretty much no matter where you are. Do you know what part of NY you'll be staying in?

I've never been to minne and have only been in Chicago for 24 hours but def go stare at the Great Lakes and have your ego pulverized. If you drive through Gary on the way you can see one of the most depressing cities in the country

At Niagara Falls it's def worth it to take the elevator down behind the falls and have your ego pulverized again, tho I think part of the lower deck isn't wheelchair accessible. I was surprised that I liked Buffalo bc I assumed it would s--- a---

DC i haven't been since I was a teenager but there's so much touristy stuff to do I'm sure you'll figure it out. I've heard they have a good local comedy scene

oh yes DKC reminded me...if you're looking for a good comedy spot in NYC check out Comedy Cellar. Cheap shows with amazing comics. Sometimes you'll get lucky and someone famous like a Chappelle will just show up.
