Sep 25, 2024 Hi guys! Old a--- user here. I have a theory regarding the album, one I hope is the best one yet. Here's a 70 minute read that only Stans will appreciate. It's a take that "solves" the weird ending of the album and poses that it was ultimately the whole time, an interactive murder mystery that required noticing that the true opener and closer of the album are "Bad One" and "Temporary" (A lot of people ask me...) and the symbolism behind the eye on the album cover. I'll summarize it eventually, and the theory perhaps leads to more questions than answers. But for the most curious, I think it could prove an interesting read. There is a lot or far-fetched stuff, but a lot that makes sense. For Stans, it should be a much shorter read, since a lot of it is just revisiting past lore and breaking down the stuff we already know about the new album. Sep 27, 2024 Bro, crazy theory!I agree "Bad one" and "Temporary" could be key tracks.I’ve been listening to the album in different ways and this dual concept makes sense, especially with all the eye references.Hodini symbolism is deep too especially with those lyrics about deth and rebirth. Sep 28, 2024 Spent the last 4 hours mulling over this. This might be the greatest theory I’ve ever heard. I think Eminem has dropped his magnum opus. Gonna grab a pen and paper and start jotting down notes from this article. I’m even thinking about busting out the old flash cards and really studying this s---. I hope one day I can be this genius. Sep 28, 2024 I’ll be honest with you though bro, a theory like this will go largely unappreciated here and is much better for a place like Reddit. Most people here are just trolls that stopped being actual Eminem fans years ago but still sometimes check on what he’s doing because that’s what they’re used to or they still have some sliver of hope that he will drop something they like. I stopped being an Eminem fan for quite a while and I would frequently diss him but DoSS made me a fan again

Cuz I never had a dad, and if I’m being honest I’m not a conspiracy theorist. But I think Eminem is a synonym for Parent. Look in the dictionary and you’ll notice the words. Orange shouldn’t rhyme with verbs. But he gets away with it with every verse. I’m starting to think I should go to church. Cuz I’m starting to feel like Marshall Mathers when I past or swerve;Crashing into Christina Aqueliera & Fred durst. And if the Officer asks for me if it’s the liquor, I’ll just say no sir.
