    i'm 72kg.

    Squat - 180kg
    RDL - 182kg don't do conventional deadlift.
    Bench - 100kg. Have never trained for the bench just tested 1 rep max months ago.
    Don't do any cleans or snatches.

    100 kg bench isn't bad, that is 220 pounds here. i'm at 285 pounds which is 129 kg

    What workout plan do you guys use?
    I'm looking for something with less reps and more weight since I'm almost finished with this plan:

    I have only benched once in my life though. No exaggeration. Was just curious once day.

    When I was 18, and in my prime, I was obsessed with weightlifting and training for football and track. I was a 4 time champion in shot put, and New England Champion too. I'm on the all time football team for my state too. So I'm gonna go by my 18 year old stats, because I was truly a monster then, and I feel like reminiscing. I weighed 225lbs at the time.

    I never really maxed out though, I only did weights I was comfortable with doing, because I always feared injury if I pushed it too far.

    Bench? 425 4 times, I benched 225 27 times at a combine.

    Squat? 525 5 times.

    Power clean? 315, I was always nervous about pulling something with cleans, so I never maxed out, but my friend was talking s--- one day, so I had to show him up.

    Dead lift? Same as squat.

    Nowadays (31 years old)? Definitely scaled back. I have to stay in shape (and strong) for my job. I weigh 215lbs, I bench 225 ten times for my sets, squat 250, dead lift 250 and I don't touch cleans anymore, to be honest. I never max out anymore though. Def not a beast anymore, just average in comparison.

    In middle school, I could bench around 120, than I started doing drugs and by high school, I could barley do 50

    I know, I got off the drugs a few years ago, but I've hasn't done any form of exercise since then, So I could be even worse than that
