now that he's won Ohio, and Rubio has dropped out.. expect in the next day or two for the GOP establishment to put all resources behind Kasich. Romney, Rubio, Bush, etc endorsements to make sure Trump does not end up with enough delegates by the convention, where they'll nominate Kasich since he's most electable.

then in the general, Kasich will murder Hillary/Bernie.

If Cruz doesn't crash and is able to keep Trump from getting 1237... Kasich has the best chance of becoming the nominee at the brokered convention... unless the establishment drops Paul Ryan or Mitt Romney in...

But this will break the GOP into two and Trump will probably start his third party campaign or try to sue the GOP for one hundred billion dollars.

Kasich can't win by the voters... it's mathematical impossible.... if he got every single Republican primary/cacaus vote from here on out... he wouldn't get 1237 delegates and be the nominee before the convention.


But he does have something over Trump and Cruz. He's not a complete a------ douche bag clown.


So, he thinks he can convince 2,500 delegates in Cleveland, Ohio (where he is super popular) and the GOP to give him a chance.

It's very possible.

If Kasich was smart(er) he should have broke away from Cruz and Rubio and said he wouldn't support Trump if he was the GOP nominee when he was asked last at the Debate 2 weeks ago.

He had nothing to lose at that point and could have made himself the clear anti-Trump.

I iike him, but he doesn't have a path to the nomination regarding delegates. He's only won his home state. He needs to win some liberal states like NY and California. He needs a contested convention where the GOP doesn't embrace Trump. Cruz is still in second as well.
