    What are some of the major albums and events of the last 12 months? I've been burying myself in independent stuff and other genres so much that the only mainstream rap albums I've heard since this time last year are Cole and Kendrick.

    It's not a matter of taste lmao none of those albums you mentioned except 2 or 3 of them are mainstream, op asked earlier for a run down of hip hops main stream albums. I understand having a taste for a certain rap but you can't consider it mainstream.
