Apr 25, 2015 nah acting is different than being a singer/rapper. Johnny Depp was one of the best actors doing great parts for a while. He took a bunch of s-----y parts and was basically Disney and Tim Burtons b---- for the last 10 years. I have no doubt he will pull it off

Apr 25, 2015 He's always been a great actor. Nothing has really changed. He's just done nothing but colorful, exuberant characters the last 10+ years. Not like he was forced to do anything. Even he couldn't of saved some of those movies, most of which he was fantastic in. He's a great friend of Burton. Not surprising he works with him so often. I've been anticipating this for a long time. Finally we can see Depp back to form in a type of role that he should have been doing for awhile now i.e. Blow, Donnie Brasco.
