What rapper would you say is on par with Eminem in terms of ability and judgement based off Ems whole catalogue?

This thread has nothing to do with ranking Eminem in a top 10 or 20, it’s asking who you you think is on par with Eminem and judging by your answer it’s probably gonna be somebody like Lil Wayne

Depends in what aspects. Hopsin. In terms of singinging voice, flow, creativity in elements of song structure.
Token (not new material) in terms of syllable length used in rhyme scheme (he sometime strongly f---s with 8 syllable package), while Hop's visit card is decent 6 syllable rhyme scheme
Hopsin die hard fan. hate me now :)
    Oh, I forgot. Hopsin's live performance >>>>>>>> Em's live

Eminem's catalogue is actually not that good

His prime didn't last a long time and half of his records are mediocre or bad

    Sooooo a lot of people

Do you think people will ever put Kanye in there top 5 OAT. Whenever I see rappers mention top 5, talk show people, or just regular people on the internet Kanye is never/rarely there. Even the standard template top 5 where people include biggie, pac, nas, jay, em lol.

He arguably has the best Discography ever in hip hop. Sure the likes of Nas, Em had incredibly high peaks but Kanye didn't have any real lows, Em and Nas have countless, Pac and Biggie had short careers. Like I dislike Yeezus but can see why others f--- with it. TLOP was incredibly inconsistent but I wouldn't call it bad or anything. I know as a "Rapper" he is nothing special overall, that is probably why he misses out on these lists but is it justified?

I think once he retires or falls off people will start accurately ranking him

I would say PAC and Big L are close but Em with a slight edge.
