It's a way to say "Written Freestyle", random verse with no subject matter but not coming off the top of the head

These days not so much people use the term so the 90% of "Freestyles" you see on YouTube are mostly written

i dont think there any new rappers who can freestyle properly, not anyone known anyway. If you dont freestyle constantly you cant ump straight in and do it
