    So far very hectic to say the least. I saw reports of an Ebola breakout somewhere and add the rat virus to that, Trumps also a lunatic waiting to start something greater than what he has already done so far which adds up to a possible 2026 full fuelled nightmare.

    This sounds strange but we can't change s--- about these things so I try not to worry about it too much.

    I get that people watching the news every day can get a bit depressed though

    Life is so much better when you don’t read the news. Journalists always go for clickbait headlines and drama. That's their job. They always make it sound like the end of the world, but it’s been like that for ages and life still goes on. I haven’t paid attention to it in years. If there’s something I really need to know, I’ll hear it through word of mouth or social platforms.

    Trouble is too many people like to gossip to and when negative energy is involved people gravitate towards it. News publications sell or get more eyes by spreading or reporting negative things. Unfortunately that's how the world is.

    As humans, we’re naturally drawn to drama and negativity. Positive or good news just doesn’t grab attention the same way, so it gets overlooked.

    But no social media where people post a lot of bs and unconfirmed s---. No social media has been the best choice ever 10 years ago lmao

    When I say social, I mainly mean discord and forums. I don’t even have a Twitter or Instagram. Facebook is my only social app. Full boomer mode lol.
