May 23, 2026 at 1:16 PM It’s not 2004 anymore. Who tf is trying to hear Avril in 2026? And I’m a fan saying this. Lol
May 24, 2026 at 10:32 AM d--- MJ going back to number 1. The cure missed topping the chart because Drake and MJ are blocking her. Guess Olivia just had bad timing for a hit.
May 24, 2026 at 3:34 PM the cure doesn’t really feel like a big attempt at a hit to me, drop dead felt more like that. the cure feels like a song she just really wanted to put out, she said it’s one of her favorite songs she made. I’m finding it harder and harder to judge Olivia like the typical popstar, she just doesn’t 100% fit into that box.
May 24, 2026 at 4:09 PM I agree the cure is very good and doesn’t sound like a hit attempt it’s a really good track and her vocals are on point on here. Drop dead felt like a single.
May 24, 2026 at 11:39 PM I really like The Cure. The instrumentation, vocal performance, and writing are great. I like it more than most the songs off her last album. Drop Dead is too derivative of Chappell Roan for me to want to go back to it. I’d personally rather listen to Chappell Roan directly at that point. Even though the song itself is well done.
May 25, 2026 at 12:05 AM Yeah, the similarities are definitely there. It doesn’t help that they both have the same producer in Dan Nigro. For a while I’ve been thinking about how it would go if Olivia branched out and used a different producer for once.
