May 9, 2026 at 3:46 AM Agree with the above. Somebody Save Me and Temporary are really bad and out of place songs that are bad attempts at previous songs he has done in the past. Especially Temporary, with it being one of the worst songs he has ever written. The excuses that it’s not about writing and rhyming due to the content are pure copium. Castle, Hailes Song and Mockingbird are amazingly written songs, so it’s no excuse. As good as TDOSS is, it kind of feels like he wanted to make those two songs, and then the album came out after it. Probably due to the reaction Revival got, as he thinks no one heard Castle or Arose (bs copium, by the way, just a bad album) due to them being at the end, even though ironically they’re the only two songs that the majority of people like on it lol.
May 9, 2026 at 5:58 AM TDOSS is an album about a part of him dying, so they are not out of place, Mr Supsuck, out of place would be Normal and Jessie collabs on Kamikaze. Temporary is nice and got a great video and Somebody Save Me is an ok collab featuring one of the biggest new artists back then.

May 9, 2026 at 9:24 AM I do like Somebody Save Me, even though I'm aware it's a lesser version of Castle/Arose. I particularly like the rhyme scheme with "stuck in the ALTER-nate reality / WALK HER to the ALTER / FALL FURTHer / tears ALL FALLing down on my cheek
