Bulked up to 90kg from 83kg at the start of the year. Not sure yet whether to keep bulking because I love the increase in strength or start cutting for summer and aesthetic purposes.

May 6, 2024 You didn't ask but in case you were curious this is basically how it started (when he came back as NinjaSlicer): In other words it was a misunderstanding, but I'm glad it happened because it brought out his true colors as the hypocritical snaky little b---- I always suspected him of being. I remember when I was taking on half the forum in OT a few years ago and Zebedee, being the little follower that he is didn't know which side to take until you backed me up (unprompted, unlike what the sniveling liar would have people believe). At that point I should've told him to f--- off but some part of me is naive and wants to see the best in people. But there's absolutely no good to be found in this spiteful mutant freak
