    kinda sad because the layering on his vocals sounds like something he would do 20 years ago. Similar to Stepping Stones. No other song on Kamikaze has that so it's clearly done on purpose as a throwback since he was supposedly "bringing shady back" or whatever
    Then he comes in with this weak a--- weird flow and wastes a great chance

    I always used to complain that he never panned his vocals like he used to. On The Way I am, Soldier, SFTM etc. He used to do 3 backing takes and pan one each left and right and keep one in the middle underneath the main vox. But then he started doing it again on Recovery and it just sounded horrible
