May 17, 2022 That was from an interview he did during the d--- era that was getting replayed, he said he had hundreds of songs but the hard drive it was on broke and it was from super early in his career so the songs probably wouldn't be great anyways.
May 17, 2022 Btw. The way Em tagged dre randomly in his tweet is what i do with @DKC where i randomly tag him so when he likes my post he adds credibility even when he disagrees cuz he feels he must due to my tag wanted to clarify it cuz i see tons of ppl in reddit laughing at em for tagging dre. Very well done strategic move by Marshall
May 18, 2022 after 5 days of listening this kendrick's album... 6/10. this album is good, but his worst.
May 18, 2022 Right now the only song I don't really feel is Purple Heart. Overall, after barely five days, I think this is one of his best projects and he really gave his all to make it personal and introspective. The structure built like a long therapy is really well developed and was a nice touch that wrapped up together the project and made it work. My only complain is the absence of Kendrick before and after the release. Interviews or a doc or whatever would have brought a cool insight in his mindset while putting this album together. Guess he decided to let the music do the talking
May 18, 2022 Purple hearts is the only trash song here. But I do like the first part done by Kendrick himself. The rest of the track is garbage.
May 18, 2022 I don’t think he did that with d--- either sadly. Prophets don’t have time for interviews
May 18, 2022 Here is my ranking of kendrick discography after 1 week of the release of MMATBS 1- GKMC 2 - d--- 3 - S80 4 - MMATBS 5 - TPAB
May 18, 2022 Need help. Usually im smart and can figure stuff on my own but i failed here. Saw ppl mention auntie is top 3 on this album and i cant locate the inside joke. I know no one alive or dead have a taste this horrible. So wheres the funny
May 19, 2022 Would it also be a bad take if I said I thought Mother I Sober is the best song on the project?
May 19, 2022 kendrick should have made this an interlude on the album kodak raises a very good point that the media is scared to cover
May 19, 2022 this is the main song where half the people think it's ultra offensive and the other half think it's some woke anthem even tho woke people hate it lol. while the people who like it think it's this huge triumph for trans visibility and trans rights. I don't think it's any of those things outright. I think it's just a Macklemore song aka probably well intentioned but mostly just sucks.
