Feb 16, 2022 I guess for me it's kinda funny for him to head back after he spent the last 2-3 years bashing wwe left and right and being the throne breaker to run right back bc he didn't get his way. There's no denying he wprks/worked his a--- off to get where he's at but he gives off such entitlement vibes
Feb 24, 2022 So this MJF/Punk feud is simply amazing, potential double turn at the PPV? Or maybe just MJF BSing to get Punk to hesitate? The card for revolution as a whole looks spectacular too. Not even trying to be that guy or anything but AEW is bout a million times better than WWE right now.
Feb 27, 2022 Definitely think he’s just BSing to get Punk to hesitate, though I wouldn’t mind Punk having more a heel edge soon Revolution looks great, I wish it was on a Saturday night
Feb 27, 2022 I'm considering going to Vegas in May for rampage on Friday night and double or nothing on Sunday. I know Dynamite is also in town on Wednesday but f---, I can't afford to stay there that long lol. Still haven't gone to an AEW show and kinda sick of it, so might just say f--- it and go for tickets on friday. Plus it's Vegas, so it'd be fun regardless..we shall see, but I wouldn't mind going for sure. Wish I had an idea of what the card would look like but it's way too early for that, I'm sure it'll be solid at least.
Feb 27, 2022 Tbh man, I'd buy tickets to any aew show without knowing the card. I've been to a handful of shows in Jacksonville and other than the ending the kenny/mox match everything was amazing
Feb 28, 2022 Yeah I’ve been to 2 AEW shows so far (Dynamite in Pittsburgh back in August and Rampage in St. Louis) and it’s been a blast both times. The experience is night and day compared to how it is going to a WWE taping
Mar 1, 2022 I'm starting to think cody isn't going to wwe, my main reasoning is that he supposedly left aew bc of lack of creative control; so his big plan is to go to...wwe? Obviously he'd make more money but I can't see that making him happy in the long run. I have a feeling he'll either re-sign or possibly do something with ROH, their style seems to be more his cup of tea
Mar 4, 2022 looks like I'm going to my first couple AEW shows, got tickets for rampage and double or nothing! Got in the waiting room bout 10 mins early for both, and the best I could get for double or nothing was halfway up the upper deck facing the entrance, not even on the sides..But still it seems it'll be a pretty good spot, just was trying to and expecting to get closer lol..d--- those tickets are hard to get. Thought about just waiting and trying to get it on resale, but figured I better get what I could. I'm in the lower level for rampage at least, much closer than the PPV plus it's a smaller arena. Anyone know what else they do at the rampage live shows? cuz I know rampage is only an hour, and the tickets say it starts at 3 pm, so I'm just wondering what else goes on besides that hour if anyone happens to know. Either way I'm quite excited, this should be fun..can't wait to see how the double or nothing card shapes up these next few months.
Mar 4, 2022 somehow they had better tickets like an hour later for double or nothing, so now i'm 5th row upper deck more in the center, a little better at least. looks like it's almost sold out now.
Mar 4, 2022 When I went to St. Louis Rampage, we got a 2 hour LOADED Dark taping beforehand. Here's the rundown of the card we got https://www.f4wonline.com/news/aew/aew-dark-spoilers-st-louis-warhorse-miranda-gordy-debut-358651
Mar 7, 2022 How people could legitimately think that WWE even holds a candle to AEW after that ppv I'll never understand
Mar 7, 2022 Delusion, the blind loyalty to WWE & not knowing other great wrestling promotions exist (in the case of the global audience) since that's the only wrestling company a lot of people grew up on, especially the ones outside USA.
Mar 7, 2022 I think my biggest hurdle post wwf( I stopped watching around the invasion era) was that none of the wrestling resembled the attitude Era, I didn't know the wrestlers and they didn't seem to have that "star power" of which I was used to. I think alot of that had to do with being young and loving the attitude Era. Impact always seemed so mediocre to me, corny etc. Roh was inaccessible to me at the time and tbh it bored me. I wasn't interested in that style (or njpw) until I was muxh older but i guess the point I'm teying to make is that when it was absolute s--- I no longer supported it. Like, wwe is f---ing horrible and I juat don't see how ppl like it past a certain age I guess. There are wrestlers who I love who I check out here and there but that's about it. Don't get me wrong, AEW has tons of flaws but the passion and the effort to me makes the world of difference. I don't feel insulted watching their product
Mar 7, 2022 yeah that PPV was amazing. Rosa/Baker will continue till the next PPV i bet, then Rosa finally wins. MJF Wardlow feud starting now, nice face turn for Wardlow tonight and I think he likely wins the tnt title too. Curious to see who Page and Punk feud with next, thinking maybe even each other? Punk's probably due for a title shot. No title changes tonight, but I'm okay with that tbh. Great show from start to finish. Only thing that kinda annoyed me was showing Paige VanZant 10 times randomly throughout the show lol, but oh well. I can see why they wanna hype her up.
Mar 8, 2022 I still need to watch Mox vs Danielson, the 6 man tag, and Adam vs Adam but man what a show
Apr 2, 2022 I can't recommend Briscoes vs FTR from Supercard of Honor enough. One of the best tag team matches I've ever seen
Apr 2, 2022 He debuted at Supercard of Honor and got the “Samoa Joe is #AllElite” graphic afterwards. He’s confirmed for Wednesday’s Dynamite!
