Aug 13, 2015 MOD EDIT: plz tag @DKC in this thread if you are looking for a copy of the album He's the cousin of Rico Wade of Organized Noize, a Dungeon Family (Outkast, Goodie Mob etc) affiliate. Future talks about coming up with Dungeon Family in this interview. They called him the future back then so he took the name. Organized Noize actually produced Benz Friendz, that's how he got the Andre feature. You can hear the 3 Stacks influence on these tracks. If anyone can find the album "Dungeon Family presents "Da" Connect" aka "Rico Wade presents "Da" Connect" post it. I found a guy on TheColi who might have it but registration might take 3 days to message him.
Aug 13, 2015 OJ the MVP is asking that guy on TheColi if he still has it. Meanwhile @Koolo might possibly find it on Usenet?
Aug 13, 2015 No clue how much Future is on the tape, but we'll find out. Edited the OP with more background btw. Worth checking out.
Aug 13, 2015 Added a 2nd track that he's definitely on. Also found the names of two tracks possibly not on the album, but an earlier EP. The guy who posted the second vid has posted several other (not all) cuts from the album as well. Looking for Meathead verses but he sounded so different that it's hard to tell. Help would be appreciated.
Aug 13, 2015 I remember this. He went through a few phases early in his career trying to find his style. This was around the time he made the blueberry yum yum hook for ludacris
Aug 13, 2015 Yessir. He should keep the dreads and bring long white tees back. Also, was this on SoulSeek? Cause you're taking my credit ya bish. Finally, are Hot Tamale, The Fire Below, & Freak on there? If not, look for those pls. It's a tape you can't even buy anywhere. Post it in the thread.
Aug 13, 2015 Not on SoulSeek, found it deep in google. Hot Tamale is on there, the other two aren't. I'll edit OP + topic title w/ link. @FutureHive https://omerta.is/Tc1
Aug 13, 2015 Amazing find guys, it's thrilling to see him live up to those roots and be the perfect modern day representation of the Dungeon Fam. In a funny way I'd like to see him revisit that jazzy/funky sound that Organized Noize was known for.
