Dope. Just stopped smoking last week, for right now the only thing I f--- with is the occasional adderall for those late night cram seshs. Staying clear of anything that will stay in my system I'm tired of being unemployed.

If I were you man I'd focus more on spacing it out and whatnot, that works for me. Like, see how long you can go without it and then make that your marker, every 80 days or whatever you can have a cheat day lol. Just my two cents.

I'm starting to think the same way. I slipped up and had some pills the other day. I'm occasionally drinking but sometimes that makes me slip up and have drugs. I'm starting to find it easier to not get f----- up but am thinking I'm at the point I'm capable of doin what you do - space it out

i also did a challenge with my two my best buddies back in 2015 to not drink any alcohol for about 6 months. not because of an addiction, but because we wanted to prove ourselves lol
it can get pretty tough, even tho i imagine you having a harder time, since ur addicted

Thanks man, I just try to stay busy. Work, go walking, jogging, hiking. Watch stl blues and cards. Hard times is when I just laying around thinking about it. I haven't really been tested in awhile. I used to always go get f----- up because I hated my job I was at for over 11 years. I quit that job in Jan. I had to get out of their to be able to change the way I do things. I started a new job a month ago. So far so good!!!
