Future and Metro Boomin have delivered the announcement fans have been waiting to hear for over a year, recruiting Prodigy for a posthumous assist.

On Friday (March 8), the two frequent collaborators jointly posted a cryptic trailer, soundtracked by an excerpt from an interview given by the late Mobb Deep rapper just ahead of his 2008 incarceration on charges of criminal possession of a firearm.

“Got a lot of f---in’ garbage a--- rappers out here running around,” P is heard sayin in the World Star Hip Hop clip. “Like, these n-ggas ain’t supposed to b rapping, son. This game was meant for a select number of fews, a select few. And that’s what it is today, man. I don’t give a f---, ain’t nothing changed. Always remember that. You see we still here doing it. Ain’t nothin’ changed. f--- all these n-ggas man.”

As Prodigy speaks, a white Bentley truck is seen driving down a deserted highway before meeting up with an identical SUV. Pluto and Metro each hop out of one of the vehicles, dressed in matching suits, before the title We Don’t Trust You appears on screen with two dates underneath it – March 22 and April 12.

Just skimmed through the Future x Metro album

Its not even bad and some tracks kinda slap but its so f---ing repetive, as usual. Wish Future would to the same as on HNDRXX and not rehash the same production over and over.

Yeah I don't get why people are happy with 20 songs that almost sound the same as the last album(s)

Trap pretty much sounds the same all the time. Future’s albums have been pretty weak lately, thought Metro could help with that.

True. To be fair same can be said about (some) of the old school rap beats.

As someone that listens to songs not albums I'm not really bothered by that. But I can't imagine sitting through 20 trap songs in a row

To me it’s also the fact most of these trap dudes sound the same, and the ones that don’t, start doing some gay weird s--- like Uzi or Carti.

The hype for this was big after heroes & villans but this sounds bland , like the same thing we've heard over and over .

The Highlight will be kendricks verse and that's all anyone is talking about

I hope they actually respond instead of doing random subliminals for years to come. It’s time to finally settle who the best out of the 3 is. If you ask me, it’s Kendrick.
