Jan 22, 2016 First of all, Rest In Peace ... A wise man once said, "Life is too short;" said wise man's name was Too $hort (go figure). As an aside, keeping in mind he's raised Alaina as his "second daughter," the death of her mom is the first public life-event-type-thing that's happened to Eminem since his initial sobriety in 2008... ...We all can agree that Eminem's best work comes when he actually has real-life-stuff to talk about.. ('97-'02 before being overwhelmed by limelight).. ..Some of my favorite musician's favorite works, have come from introspective tracks made in light of the epiphany we all have when a close one dies.. I feel bad saying this, but this could lead to good heartfelt soulful music. After all, another wise man did once say, "The passion and the flame is ig-nited" ... Hopefully having this fresh reminder toward how fragile life is will yield some soulful old school Em... the deaths of Ronnie and Proof undoubtedly led to some of his previous best work... "Hailie's Song" is Top 1 or 2 or 3 songs he's ever made in my opinion... This could prove essential for going a different direction... Difficult as it sounds... @Nori @Koolo @rosenberg
