Jul 24, 2015 He's against using the word n---- because it would outrage the hiphop community. But he'll say c---- and f-- (because women and gays lack representation in the hiphop community). Obviously, he's attacked big celebrities before, but very rarely, does he attack rappers that are hot at the moment. He's never feuded with a rapper on his level. Rick Ross dissed him, and he didn't respond. Gucci Mane dissed him and he didn't respond. But Eminem, of course, goes after Nick Cannon (the easiest opponent you can really go after). He goes after Asher Roth for making an allusion against him, but avoids dissing J Cole for the same reason.
Jul 24, 2015 I think he doesn't use it because he's white. He said the n word as a teen and when people found out they were pretty enraged. Eminem talks about and apologies for using the n word on Yellow Brick Road.
Jul 24, 2015 Lol what? Or maybe he just doesn't feel it's right to use n***** when he's white . And he gets tons of s--- on him for saying c---- and f-- even if there is not a lot of those in the hip hop community He doesn't go after big rappers, because there is mutual respect He doesn't go after f---in Rick Ross, because who the f--- cares about Rick Ross and his weak a--- diss. Same as Gucci Mane. Weak.
Jul 24, 2015 No it isn't. Both are slurs. Getting into which group has it worse is beside the point. He can (unfortunately) get away bashing women/gays in hiphop - he (fortunately) can't get away with bashing black people. Despite his rebellious marketing image, he's more toward conventional hiphop in this regard than ever.
Jul 24, 2015 He's never feuded with a rapper on his level. Rick Ross dissed him avoids dissing J Cole for the same reason.
Jul 24, 2015 But not within the hiphop community. Em's main goal (he even said it himself) was to get respect in the hiphop community. It's pretty much obvious, he doesn't care what the world outside of hiphop thinks about him otherwise. What Em basically does is s--- on other people's turf and not his own.
Jul 24, 2015 If saying n---- is wrong, saying c---- and f-- should be wrong too. d--- surburban white Stans having pet biases. Either you're for absolute free speech or you're against discrimination. Pick a side, but don't go offending lots of groups of people and then saying "Oh, you can't say this word".
Jul 24, 2015 So your point is- If Em is not saying n*****,it's only because he is scared of getting dissed?!?
Jul 24, 2015 ever since Ja Rule ethered Hailie, Marshall's been terrified to insult anyone except pop singers who won't respond back
Jul 24, 2015 No, not at all. Just that he cherrypicks his opponents. If someone basically powerless in hiphop said the slightest smudge to him, he'd go apeshit. But when Rick Ross (regardless of what you think about his rapping ability ; he's one of the most prominent rappers of the past 5 years) releases a diss video, he says nothing.
