Jan 7, 2016 fear of spiders came from when I was like 5 or 6 and I lost a black halloween spider ring one year. thought I found it in the bathtub one night and put my finger by it to grab it, and the spider moved it's leg onto my finger and I was traumatized ever since.
Jan 7, 2016 Ever since that Minnesota bridge collapse back in 2007 I've had this fear of bridges. Gephyrophobia is what it's called. Actually surprised it is known enough to get a name. But anyway I start panicking whenever I am travelling on a bridge for an extended period of time. And when it's over water? Remember my vacation to Virginia Beach having to go take the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. s--- was a nightmare.
