Mar 25, 2024 Diddy‘s troubles with the law continue to worsen as his properties across the United States are under investigation by federal agents. On Monday (March 25), TMZ reported that the 54-year-old mogul’s homes in Miami and Los Angeles were being raided, with at least two helicopters patrolling the airspace above the latter. A Homeland Security Investigations representative told the publication: “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available.” The case is reportedly being handled by the Southern District of New York in relation to the multiple allegations recently brought against Diddy for sexual harassment and misconduct. Additionally, FOX11 shared a video that showed several people handcuffed on his property in Southern California — as of now, it is unclear who those individuals are or if Diddy is even present on the scene. Last month, a producer named Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones (who worked on The Love Album: Off the Grid) accused Diddy of sexual harassment as well as drugging and threatening him over the course of a year. According to a trigger warning that prefaces the court documents, the lawsuit contains “highly graphic information of a sexual nature, including sexual assault. Additionally, there are graphic images of the aftermath of a shooting, redacted images of sexual intercourse, redacted images of minors, sex workers, and prostitutes, details of sex trafficking, the illegal distribution of guns, and drugs.” Diddy has vehemently denied all claims, with his lawyer Shawn Holley sharing the following statement with HipHopDX: “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines. “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with [Lil Rod]’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls.”

Mar 26, 2024 DIDDY REPORTEDLY SELLS HIS STAKE IN REVOLT TO ANONYMOUS BUYER Diddy has reportedly sold off all his shares of Revolt, the company he founded, to an anonymous bidder. That’s the claim being made by TMZ as of Tuesday (March 26). The outlet reports that Diddy’s stake in the company was bought by a “completely new” person, meaning that the embattled Bad Boy mogul has no further ties to the company he founded in 2013. The outlet further confirms that the company is still “Black-owned,” but that the details about the new buyer have not yet been released. The owner will, however, be making a “formal introduction,” per the outlet, in the coming weeks.

Mar 26, 2024 DIDDY’S ALLEGED DRUG MULE ARRESTED AT MIAMI AIRPORT FOLLOWING FEDERAL RAIDS Diddy‘s alleged drug mule has been arrested at a Miami-area airport for possession of marijuana and cocaine, just as a federal investigation into the alleged dealings of the embattled Bad Boy mogul is picking up steam. Rolling Stone reported that Brendan Paul was taken into custody at 4:30 p.m. ET on Monday (March 25). Paul was picked up at Opa-Loka Airport by the Miami-Dade Police, who were working in cooperation with the Department of Homeland Security, according to an affidavit. Paul was named as a “mule” in a lawsuit filed by producer Lil Rod against Diddy last month. The producer alleged that Paul had the role of “acquir[ing] and distribut[ing]…drugs and guns” for Diddy. A few hours after Paul’s arrest, Diddy was stopped by federal authoritiesat an airport in Miami, not long after Homeland Security raided two of his homes across the United States. The embattled Bad Boy Records founder’s whereabouts are currently unknown, although his private jet was tracked online to the Caribbean island of Antigua.
