Nov 18, 2020 I mean... yeah I guess so. He could have done it accidentally, as in heard it and liked it, and then was writing and it popped in his head and he didn't consciously think 'ooh that's the Em bar I will bite'. Am sure it has happened to many. Amazing verse anyway.

Freaking daylyt dissed Eminem because he thought Eminem stole his capped in America like Steve Rogers line because daylyt said something very similar years before Eminem said it. Nov 19, 2020 it happens a lot that rappers have similar bars, and I'm sure most of it is unintentional. Remember when Wayne said that his most googled phrase was 'lil wayne lyrics' cuz he always wanted to make sure he hasn't said a bar before. Now imagine having to figure out no one has said it before in a different way. Maybe Em has people who do the work for him but I doubt Crooked does. That being said, bars this distinctive can't be a coincidence but in his defence he could have thought about if first and decided to use it despite Em having already said it in a more popular song . It takes a lot of confidence to do such thing, and only great MC's will get away with it imo.
