    Now, I'm not talking about artists who are the best in their craft (but could be, depending), I'm talking about people who are either so dedicated to their craft it's insane or just have a style of making music that's insane.

    My example: Zach Hill of Death Grips and Hella. Just look at this:

    If anything, Piano is a real ball buster... it helps with my style of production. Good thing I taught myself.

    The work ethic of Gucci Mane, Lil Wayne, Young Thug, etc. Eyedea was like the Sylvia Plath of underground rap. Fully documented his descent into suicide. There's something honorable about that kind of sacrifice. Oh, and as long as we're talking about playing through the pain, Marissa Paternoster is of note:

    Wayne and Gucci have great work ethic, some of the greatest you'll ever see. There was interview with a girl that called Wayne "boring" because instead of taking her out and s--- Wayne was always in the studio or teaching himself to play an instrument. Whew

    Naw...lol I taught myself how to play, before there was a such thing as Youtube, when I was 11. I used to go to my Aunts house to get haircuts, and she had a piano, and I learned that way..played it every month, until I finally taught myself how to play.

    Gucci's still releasing mixtapes while he's in jail, so yeah he definitely has an insane work ethic (maybe not as much as Viper the rapper tho).
