    nah hes pretty much exactly where he should be rated. nothing special as a rapper. hes very average and needs thug or future (or a rly good beat) to carry him to make songs worth listening to. doesnt have impressive flows/melodies or a unique delivery of his own. young dolph >>>> young scooter
