Me and my PC have some catching up to do. All my pictures and music is on here.
And Microsoft customer service sucks...I can barely understand where they're saying and vice versa.

I didn;t lose anything yet.. just restarted while I was watching a film. it seems to only do it when I watch a certain video file type.

I don't know but last night I had a problem with my own laptop. I had Asus N551jw which is quite good. I orginally had the Windows 8.1 and I upgraded it to Wİndows 10. Last night I had a strange problem that I never faced while using Win 8.1. Suddenly, Microsoft Edge started to use 13 gb of ram and all of 16 gb of rams were fully used and I see the warning Windows computer started to get very slow. I don't really know what the f--- happened. I shut it down. Now it's fine as it used be but Windows 10 definitely has some problems.
