If they're raping and killing each other what can we do? We do a f---ing lot for Africa. We have given billions and billions of dollars to help, but we're kinda just enabling the corruption. We can't (shouldn't) just send our soldiers into every country. We got our own s--- to worry about, the rest of the world needs to step up.
