Haven't bought a CD in years but once I get my own place, I wanna get Vinyls of all my favorite albums and hang them on the wall.

It's amazing how trendy vinyl has become. Now everybody wants to have a collection and something to hold.

    • Apple Music / Spotify is easier, cheaper, faster, and more convenient.
    • I don't need or want a physical object.
    • There's a fine line between collecting and hoarding.
    • Streaming is the future. Tons of albums are streaming only.
    • My Sonos streams music to both my living room and bedroom at the same time.
    • You're the only one who gives a s--- about your vinyl collection.

Discogs or Amazon. Some say to be cautious with amazon vinyls but I've had no problems at all. For a player just start with a trusted brand a Audio Technica or something

no interest in a physical collection of music, my digital one is quite nice. and i have no money to buy digital, and even if i did, i would rather spend my money on tangible things

I've only ever bought two albums and they were digital purchases.

I'm too paranoid to illegally download these days. All these upload sites have suspicious ads.

I'm a CD collector. I'm not interested in vinyl because they seem so inconvenient to play, take care of, store away, etc.
