Jan 21, 2017 Used to be football which is not shocking considering the 49ers history. It changed to baseball several years back though.
Jan 24, 2017 Brisbane, Australia Rugby League (Brisbane Broncos), we don't really f--- with Aussie rules it's a hick sport tbh. Always supported Melbourne storms and the Melbourne basketball team though
Jan 24, 2017 Football (soccer for the dumbasses). Unfortunately, basketball is ten times the sport football is so there's that.
Jan 25, 2017 Nothing has changed. Poor Bucks get no love around here. I'd say it's Packers Badger Football Brewers Badger Hockey Badger Basketball Seahawks (people here love them cause Wilson was a badger for 1 year. Annoying af) Bucks
Jan 25, 2017 Closet city is St. Louis, baseball is definitely #1. When we had the Rams it was 1. Baseball (Cardinals) 2. Hockey (Blues) 3. Football
Jan 25, 2017 I've never understood why non-americans get so upset about american football. it's so hilarious.
Jan 25, 2017 in L.A., where i live now, it's definitely basketball. in Minneapolis, where i'm from, it's either hockey or baseball.
Jan 25, 2017 Seen it mentioned on an ESPN article than in the US NBA is closing in on the NFL. NFL has a lack of stars & declining tv ratings.
Jan 25, 2017 in terms of pure dollars, nfl still has a comfortable lead i'd imagine. in the public consciousness, yeah, i'd say the nba is closing the gap. it's a combination of the nba coming back after its late-2000s competitive lull (where all the stars were aging and lebron was stuck in an outpost); the mounting information about football's dangers; a terrible, terrible nfl regular season and playoffs; and a new crop of young nba stars.
Jan 25, 2017 Think it's mainly Europeans that get upset because you call it Football and call Soccer, Soccer. It's just 20x easier for Americans and Australians to call it Soccer.
