Danny brown-Old was disappointing but I hope he picks it up.

Drake-IYRTITL was a self congratulatory mess that sounded like NWTS B sides.

Gibbs- Can't see him doing much better after working with madlib tbh.

KRIT has been steadily declining in quality with every project since King Remembered In Time
Same with Future since Monster, but then again it's his best project so he hasn't really been disappointing in the same way yet.

KRITs problem is that he's spiraling down the path of other older uninspired rappers who take to hating on radio as their subject matter. Even worse is how KRIT tries to put in "soul food" undertones in party tracks and bangers to try and "educate the lost generation" its so cringeworthy and insulting to the listener. I wish he would do a collab project with someone (where tf is country cousins??), or just start full time producing other southern artists who lack good classic southern production. Most of houston sounds like cheap trap, and p---- C's posthumous album had garbage production. I doubt he's going to redeem himself with a solo project at this point, he has burnt out all of his subject matter. If he just quit rapping other than for features he would have a solid discog either way, potentially a top 20 rap discog.

As for Future.. He still has it, proven through some Purple Reign tracks and the New Level feature. He just needs to try new stuff instead of repeating the same stuff, example the purple reign title track is basically just a shittier version of Codeine Crazy. It's probably gonna fall down on Ape Sh!t, Mike Will bless us pls
