Sep 4, 2015 2011-2013 was horrendous (and yes I include MMLP2 in that). Not only was the majority of his music trash but he was so boring and uninspiring in those years. h---: The Sequel, Throw It Up, Richard, Bicycle, all of the Slaughterhouse songs, Numb, that Pink song... d--- 2010 was easily his post hiatus "peak", solid-ish album, some great features (Airplanes, Where I'm At, LTWYL 2, Drop The World), and his buzz was huge. Can't believe that was 5 years ago now. Crazy
Sep 5, 2015 it's true though. In fact I'll take any song from Encore over any song from MMLP2. Encore was bad. But nothing compared to a hag of 40 years stuttering over s-----y production and a couple of good songs( Bad Guy, Groundhog Day). h---, if Em released Spend Some Time today, people would lose their s---, but if he released f---ing Love The Way You Lie part 18 ft. Generic female pop/rock singer, nobody would be surprised.
