Aug 8, 2021 It’s for sure a little repetitive as far as it being a linear experience. It’s definitely the same as the first in that regard. This one is just so much more fluent and smooth. The dodge button is a huge upgrade as well. If you enjoyed the first, definitely check this out! Might not love the story in this one tho lol

Aug 8, 2021 The Last of Us, Part II - This game is criminally over hated, and the only reason it is hated is because Spoiler Joel got his brains bashed in. Abby was justified in doing so, I hate to say it, but her chapters were the most fun for me. She got to fight Spoiler the f---ing Rat King! (A similar throwaway infected from the first game)

Aug 9, 2021 I've been jumping from one game to another in the past couple months. Can't figure out what I want to play. Nothing out there that I haven't already played really interests me. Last night I started COD 4 Modern Warfare campaign and also bought MW2 and Black Ops to do the campaigns once I finish this one. COD4 might be the GOAT. Playing this brings back memories.
Aug 9, 2021 The reason you stated is definitely not the only reason why the game gets hate. It's more about the woke agenda. Spoiler You got Abby who is a muscular female. Ellie who turns out to be gay... Then of course you have Joel, the most beloved character in the game who gets killed in the most brutal way imaginable while Ellie has to watch. All of this right at the beginning of the game. I agree that the story turns out to be good and a lot of people who bashed the game probably haven't played it through. With that being said, I would still have prefered a different story. And I think it's perfectly understandable for people not to like Abby as a character. Joel was way more relatable.
Aug 9, 2021 But Spoiler Everyone knew Ellie was a Lesbian long before Part II, it was confirmed in The Left Behind DLC...lol Joel is/was a great character, but let us be honest, he was kinda a scumbag, and he kinda deserved what happened to him, he had it coming.

Aug 10, 2021 Its paced really well so far I heard the game is the longest re by far so I don't even know how far I am yet buts it's definitely fun once you get used to those god forsaken tank controls lol

Sure it was a selfish move but I think a lot of us in his situation would have done the same. I mean Abby had valid reasons to do what she did but I can understand why people don't like her as a character You said it yourself, Joel was a great character.
Aug 10, 2021 I tried playing Resident Evil 4 but couldn't get passed the horrible controls. A lot of people consider it the best resident evil, but man are those controls and camera angle terrible. Resident Evil 2 Remake was epic. The best Resident Evil game out of all of them imo. The Remake of the 3 was great too, although a little short. I highly recommend them if you haven't played yet.
Aug 10, 2021 I called him a "scumbag" in a sense that he did far worse to more people when he robbed and killed them during his days as a hunter, so in the end it all came back to him Joel is awesome, but it was time for him to go ( I do miss him though, and during flashback scenes in Part II, I do wish he was still around, but it is what it is) What do you think their plans are for Part III? Do Abby and Ellie team up? Will Tommy and Ellie go on an adventure? Will it be a prequel of sorts? Will it show what happened during Tommy's days as a Firefly and Joel's days as a hunter? Will Ellie go searching for her mom? There are so many angles they can go
Aug 10, 2021 Haha I honestly have no idea. And with a director like Neil Druckmann this could really go any direction and it's probably one we won't expect. As seen in part 2, they aren't afraid to make bold moves.
