I have a question, in your own words, what does the flow mean to you?

Well, because except for Underground, Beautiful, etc., Relapse shares the overall same style, but not flow.

em's voice is different for every solo. it's kind of weird how drastic it is sometimes.

like, TES to MMLP. or Relapse to Recovery.

Flow and style are two distinctive, different things.

from sslp to mmlp is the most different ones.
after that he manipulates it the way he wants
but doing so many changes to your tone over the years its not odd to change a bit

Everyone cry about the voice change. Discussion is clearly about our preferences.

You: Why do people cry about voice change?
Me: Probably because it sounds better?
    You: Something about personal preferences/taste/opinion.

So, aren't you answering your own question?

People like his old voice better, which exhibits personal preferences/taste/opinion, hence why they "cry" about it.

    Don't be a hypocrite.

Everyone have different opinions but I don't think he had his best voice on sslp. You can't ignore his MMLP2 voice.

I never liked his nasally high pitch voice. I was ecstatic when it got less nasally and lower.
