Mar 8, 2016 Found an answer somewhere else, shout out @Michael Scott So I waited on hold for about 20 minutes. Then a very nice British gent answered my call (which makes me wonder if I called international?). The guy was really forthcoming. About the album He said that last week Kanye pulled the album again. That he's still not happy with how it sounds. The version on Tidal is not the final one and that See Ticket customers will get the complete album as soon as it's available. He said this has happened a few times now, that they, like us, are at the mercy of the whims of the artist. But we all want the same thing: a final version of the album. He said if Kanye really doesn't release the album beyond streaming then we will all get refunds. But, as of right now, they still expect him to submit a final version. Merchandise He said that shirt orders are in the final phase, that they expect all shirt orders to have shipped by the end of next week. High level merchandise, the hoodies and jackets, are still finalizing, but they expect all of those to ship over the next couple of weeks and be finished by the end of the month. Conclusion Album: based on their interactions with Kanye or his camp, they still expecting Kanye to submit a final version of Pablo. Will refund in the event that doesn't happen. Shirts: final phase of orders should be shipped by the end of next week (March 18th). Hoodies/Jackets: orders should be shipped over the next couple weeks, with all orders shipped by the end of the month.
