Heard him for years via Gucci, thought he s----d. Wrote him off on most Gucci collabs, got mad when he'd appear on songs. He was pretty bad honestly.

Then he found his sound and I still wrote him off because i was like there's no way this guy with the f--king name "Young Thug" who has pissed me off on random brick squad collabs the last couple years is all of a sudden blowing up. I heard Danny Glover and Stoner and still resisted, like Narsh. Then checked 1017 Thug and the rest is history, his mixtapes prior to that are sketchy though but he indeed found his sound in 2013.
