    My addiction is shopping. It allows me to explore new possibilities and find inspiration in style. Recently, I discovered a fascinating place for clothing , you might be interested too, it is really daresnd customer service.i hope you will enjoy this place too

    Great idea if you're trying to burn fat. Alcohol can be worse than donuts when it comes to weight gain. Best of luck buddy!

    I consume a LOT of booze. Not a lot in one day but little and often. I'll drink 3/4 beers as an average each day, 365 days a year. So yeah, this is a big deal for me. It'll help me understand if I'm actually an alcoholic or if I just genuinely really like beer. I'm hoping I just really like beer!

    If you've done six days I think it's safe to say you're not an alcoholic. I used to work with one and if he didn't have a drink before coming into work he'd be shaking like a mfer.

    Regarding the weight, drinking 4 beers a day will probably be why you're overweight. Knock it on the head for a couple months and I guarantee you'll have already lost 6-10 pounds.

    I used to box, so fitness is very important... DM me if you want any tips fam.

    Yeah, you're right. But when I rely on alcohol to relax me and drink every day it does make me wonder. I definitely need to reduce my alcohol intake though without a doubt. After Jan I think I'll just go to drinking at weekends and special occasions. Back in 2018 I lost 24kg/4 stone and I was still drinking regularly. Although I think I drink more now.

    I confess that my main addiction is dancing. I have loved dancing since I was a child. But for the last 4 years, I have been actively engaged in high heels and so far. This is my biggest addiction. I can't imagine a week without going to the studio and dancing.

    My main addiction is "cola" lol im mainly healthy but i f---ing love coke zero lol

    I dont really drink or smoke very often anymore, stopped doing that once i bought a house. Seemed like a waste, typically a case of beer lasts me 3-6 months, unless people come over or im hosting something. Love drinking, and smoking but i also love not wasting money.

    Coca Cola is amazing and one of my favorite drinks ever. Dr. Pepper is too. I don’t know how the h--- people drink the diet versions though man that s--- tastes baaaaaaaad to me. I guess Coke Zero is one of the better diet pops though
    Yeah when you really sit down and think about it most of the s--- people buy is just a complete waste of money. Like d--- I can’t believe I just bought this sugar water called Dr. Pepper that isn’t doing anything good for my body

    For those talking about soda and/or energy drinks and how bad they are for you, there's actually a decent amount of energy drinks nowadays that have 25 or fewer calories and hardly any sugar. I work at a grocery store so I see all the options.

    One of my favorites is the brand 'ghost', they have flavors like orange cream (my favorite) or blue raspberry, some other ones..Then there's also one called C4 that has a skittles flavor, and a pink starburst flavor..Both are sooo good, and have I think 20 calories or something. There'a also a fairly healthy mountain dew brand energy drink, think it's just called mountain dew energy or something..I like the blue burst flavor.

    Those are some less unhealthy options if you're interested, WAYYYY less bad than a typical soda or energy drink.

    I've been fairly hooked on some of those lately, usually have about 1 a day. Also I smoke weed way too often, and in the last year or so have become a fairly heavy drinker..I need to cut back or quit soon for sure.

    Fax, all those drinks you just named are really good especially the Mtn dew energy. There’s also b--- which isn’t too bad. I actually just recently had skittles C4, love the way it makes my skin tingle.

    Normal coke makes my stomach feel weird, like gut rot sorta feeling.
