    No its not.. you're right but when you're asked to get up and don't then what do you expect to happen. Then she started punching the cop and everyones crying for the girl like shes so innocent. Thats what bothers me. I know the cop was wrong.

    It could be that she was treated unfairly instead of her being an annoying disruptive kid.. ever considered that option?

    you LITERALLY can't use the plural form of punch here. She hit him ONCE while being in the chokehold. thats IT.

    Yeah, the girl starts "punching" him whenever he starts to choke her in self-defense since you know, this cop is attempting to attack her for no reason other than she won't leave her desk.

    Stop being a contrarian a------ for the sake of it.

    If a cop comes to solve a problem in class.. i would feel harrassed and insulted.. like: you can fix this issue without calling law enforcement... why did you need to do that?

    She was obviously out of control. She got violent and the cop lost his temper. He shouldn't of but I might of too if I was punched multiple times in the throat.

    me too. i have dealt with cops. and i have complied every time. she was in a classroom. and she felt safe, as she should've.

    Are you f---ing blind. Watch the video closely and you can CLEARLY see she punched him. Its debatable how many times she hit him but she swung more then once.
