Dec 13, 2014 Just got through the entire TUF card. f---ing gutted that Rose lost. Carla basically fought the perfect fight and Rose basically crumpled. I suppose that's the downside to overly emotional fighters. She's young though so she's only gonna get better and I still basically expect her to become champ at some point. In my dream-future, she goes back to the drawing board and adds some judo/aggressive wrestling to her game lol. Also gutted Randa lost and that Felice won. Had to catch up on the prelims from the last card too so call mma'ed out.

Dec 13, 2014 Wow what a war between JDS and Stipe! Even though Stipe lost, he proved he can hang with the elite. Unfortunate Nate lost, but was expected. Hope he gets back in there soon. NIce wins for Reem and Mitrione. Henry Cejudo (not sure if I spelled that right) looks like a very promising prospect. I figured he would just grind out a decision, but he kick boxed the whole fight!
Dec 13, 2014 After Nate missed weight, I got a little worried. 5lbs is a lot to miss by. Not to mention all that time off, I am a believer in ring rust. But yeah I figured RDA would walk forward and throw hard shots. On the ground Nate is crafty, but he is dealing with another black belt that is clearly stronger. Still not sold on RDA, especially since Nurmagomedov ragdolled him for 15 mins. #WarNurmy #nextLWchamp
Dec 13, 2014 Khabib does that to everyone though. RDA knocked out ben henderson... something thats never been done... and in the first round. He's criminally underrated atm. i could see dos anjos dominating diaz but not like that. diaz was literally unable to bring together any offence at all. dos anjos is legit as f---. Not sure he has much for pettis but i think khabib will beat pettis anyway if he gets the shot first.
Dec 14, 2014 A little annoyed. I viewed when the card was on and press record. However, my PVR recorded the prelims instead. Didn't get to see the main card. the ONE time I make picks and go against Reem he finally wins lol. Jeez. EDIT: No longer ballerforlife. Used that on SL's to see if any users from previous hip hop forums were on there... there weren't many. Changed the name this time around.
Dec 14, 2014 I thought RDA would win very decisively, Nate doesnt give a f--- about fighting in 2014. Wish he did, but he doesnt. Anyways supposedly RDA will get the next title shot since Khabib wont be back until May/June. Im sure everyone is on board with keeping Pettis active anyways.
Dec 14, 2014 Probably something going on behind the scenes, but Nate made 37/37 to fight Cerrone in 2011, 50/50 to fight Bendo, and now 15/15 to fight his last few fights..... no wonder he has 0 interest in fighting for zuffa regardless, Khabib > RDA > Pettis > Bendo > the rest
Dec 14, 2014 To me, Diaz is a complete embarrassment. I have no problem with holding out or wanting more money, but if you're not going to even make weight, at least win. Dos Anjos just embarrassed him with immaculate kicking. If this is any indication of the Diaz brothers seriousness, I cannot wait for Silva to take Nick out on a stretcher
Dec 15, 2014 yeah I have no idea what should be done about Nate, where he goes from here. Struve was really rusty, that's actually an understatement, did he even throw a punch? Overeem didn't really show anything special also, his explosiveness is completely gone. This is just postponing at this point. Mitrione should get him next and knock him out as I'm sure if Struve were to throw anything at him, he would go down. Dos Santos was very rusty the first 2 rounds and I was sure he would lose but really started to get his s--- together in the 3rd. He has to do something about constantly keeping his hands down when backing away though, he always does that. Overall I'm happy he one but if you watched the post fight conference, Miocic turned him into Bigfoot Silva lol.
Dec 15, 2014 Even Nates manager confirmed he was making a lot more then 15/15 when that came out. Hard to make excuses for a guy who does nothing but complain about money but then he cant come within 5 LBS of making weight so he loses 20% of his purse.
