    I am very skeptical about Gambino. Listening right now, but as always, I am feeling that he is trying too f---ing hard to be artistic. I think he takes himself too seriously. because the internet was a f---ing mess.

    My opinion as a self proclaimed gambino stan

    This album had tremendous potential and kinda fell flat at points. The weird dracula "I vant to s--- your blood" singing he does in some of the songs is annoying and I feel like it is just a misguided attempt to seem edgy and artsy. Stand Tall is a clear standout. The production just doesn't really match the vocal work at points

    People who loved TPAB are gonna love this. People who hated will hate it. Album has some dope music and instrumental moments, sometimes Gambino sounds great singing on the tracks (Redbone, Zombies, Me and Your Mama, and Stand Tall come to mind) but sometimes he does too much. Dope album and I will be revisiting, but it will not be detracting time from Starboy or 24K or YG or anything like that. Very interesting though.
